The house is equipped with its own climate systems. Large panoramic windows open stunning views of the surrounding nature.

For outdoor relaxation, you have two verandas: one with a mountain view, the other overlooking the pine forest and the water expanses of the bay. The house has its own barbecue area and parking for 4 cars.

The house has an attic floor where several sleeping places can be arranged, a cozy bedroom with a private bathroom, and a spacious living room equipped with a modern kitchen and dishwasher. A washing machine is installed in the second bathroom. The PRIBREZHNY house has a spacious veranda with access to its own beach, parking for 2 cars, a barbecue area, and a pier for mooring water transport. The house has combined lighting and satellite TV. Most importantly, the PRIBREZHNY house is equipped with an autonomous climate system suitable for use in extreme temperatures.

And perhaps the most unusual one, because THREE PINES combines 4 objects on top of a rocky hill: a small natural log house with a wood-burning stove inside, a double sleeping place, and satellite TV; a living-room house with a modern kitchen, veranda, and panoramic glazing; a separate large veranda surrounded by pines and overlooking the open spaces; and a separate full bathroom with a shower room. The house is convenient for a small group or one family, and its seclusion lets you enjoy silence and peace. Although the THREE PINES complex is set away from the shoreline and on a hill, all of this is fully compensated by an unforgettable panorama, sunrises, and sunsets. The adjacent territory has a barbecue area and parking for 2 cars.

The PIONEER house is designed for a large group that appreciates the classics of simple coziness and basic comfort. It is the very first house at the Skaly location and is situated right at the entrance to the base. The main and central element of the house is a spacious veranda. From it, you enter three separate spacious rooms, each designed for comfortable accommodation of a family of up to 4 people, a kitchen room equipped with all necessary furniture and appliances, and two separate bathrooms with showers and bathtubs. The living rooms are equipped with all necessary furniture as well as satellite TV. The adjacent territory has a barbecue area, parking for 4 cars, and best of all, an apple garden.

The summer GLAMPING tent is an opportunity to rest as close to nature as possible, almost “wild,” but with a certain level of comfort. The GLAMPING project is exactly the kind of case where the beauty of the place matters more than any comfort. Essentially, it is a frame tent in a spherical shape installed on a separate veranda with stairs down to the shore. Maximum seclusion! You have your own bay and beach with a gorgeous view of the water expanse. The glamping tent includes beds for 4 people and compact furniture. Electricity is connected to the site, a bio toilet is installed, and parking for 2 cars is available.

The tent camp is a separate project at the Skaly location for fans of “wild” tent camping. In our case, it is a “wild plus” format. The CAMP zone consists of special stationary platforms for setting up tents, located in a separate gorge with access to the shore and a private beach. For convenience and hygiene, the tent camp area includes bio toilets, shower cabins, verandas with outdoor furniture for meals, power stations, and lighting throughout the territory. You can bring your own tent and sleeping equipment or rent them directly from us.
